So if you get negative comments on social media, there are two different situations…
The first one is on your posts or on your ads. I would say on your ads, delete anything. If there are negative comments on your ads and you’re still running them, then delete them.
If there are negative comments on your posts and they are constructive, sort of constructive criticism, then you can perhaps try to answer or try to respond to them why there is, explain it. If it’s stupid or angry, then just hide the comment.
So, on ads, you’ll gonna want to hide all the negativity. Especially even about shipping prices and stuff like that, I generally hide that type of thing on ads.
I don’t hide it on normal posts.
If you’re spending money to promote a post, you don’t want to have any sort of negativity in the comments.
Everywhere else so, even if it’s a form or a social media profile that you don’t control, then I would try to respond. Apologize for anything that happened, and be polite. Be professional, and don’t get into an argument.
So try to respond reasonably if you can but don’t get into heated discussions with whatever loser is commenting about you online.
But honestly, this happens quite rarely and if you’re getting negative comments on social media, either side of your platform, then that’s probably a sign of success. You’re doing something right that you’ve grown that big.
Either that or you’re doing fraudulent business practice which I don’t recommend.
I don’t recommend selling any counterfeit goods or anything like that. Even gray zones, I would not go for it.
I think dropshipping is perfectly legal business model obviously. I think it’s legal, it’s ethical. I don’t think you need to go into gray zones to make money with dropshipping.
