How I Built an Online Business in Just 2 Hours per Day

Building an online store in 2 hours per day

In today’s email, you’re going to learn my secret to being extremely productive.

And no, it doesn’t have anything to do with my morning routine, cold showers or my daily mantra…

What I’m talking about is far more effective than any of those tactics.

It is the sole reason why I’m able to run 10+ websites & build new businesses while still going to school “full-time”.

Not to mention, the time I spend playing sports, lifting weights or partying…

I’ve never tracked it, but I’d estimate I currently spend between 20-25 hours per week on my businesses.

But that is simply because I really enjoy both dropshipping and building this personal brand.

I used to work fewer hours and still increased my income month after month.

Most of you have told me that your goal is to make around $3000/month. That is definitely possible while only working 1-2 hours per day after your main job.

In fact, I recommend most of you start a side-hustle that doesn’t require much time investment.

If you want to learn how to make $100/day online as a beginner, just click here.

Niche sites are the perfect example: You write the articles once, and then they bring in revenue forever.

If you consistently write for 1-2 hours per day, you can easily turn that into a $100/dhay income stream. All while still working your main job.

Pretty neat, right?

With dropshipping, it’s not quite as simple. The more orders you have, the more work it becomes.

The two main time-consuming activities being:

Fulfilling orders
Answering customer emails

The actual advertising and selling process is very little work day-to-day. But you have to fulfill orders and you must reply to customer emails daily.

That’s a huge time-sink and a struggle for anyone trying to scale a store while working a full-time job.

So what’s the solution?

Here’s where my “secret” comes in…

You need to hire people.

Simple, right? But very few people actually do this.

You can tell by the number of views on videos about hiring employees that for some reason, people don’t want to do this.

I’ve always been a big fan of hiring & outsourcing. Because I’m a full-time student with an active social life, I quickly learned I simply don’t have any other choice if I want to scale my businesses.

So that’s your tip of the day. Don’t neglect hiring employees.

You can get a VA from the Philippines for a very cheap price. And if you do a good job in the screening, interviewing & training phase, you’ll get very competent workers too.

Unsure about the best way to find VAs for your dropshipping store?
Don’t know how to screen and interview candidates?

Well, luckily for you, I’ve got a whole lesson going over my system in Start Dropshipping Stuff.

None of the courses I’ve seen cover this topic in enough detail. An often overlooked part, but I attribute much of my success with online business to my ability to delegate.

Enough preaching. I’ll see you tomorrow.
